1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any services provided by Beaming Restorations Ltd. By using our website or accepting a quote for work, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our Services

We specialise in:

  • Beam cleaning and restoration

  • Stone and brickwork cleaning

  • Paint and coating removal from a variety of surfaces

 

Our services are available to both domestic and commercial clients across the UK. All quotes provided are free of charge and non-binding.

3. Quotes & Acceptance of Work

All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. No formal contract exists until the quote is accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is received. Acceptance of a quote is taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods as agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking:

  • Cancellations made with more than 14 days’ notice will be accepted with no charge.

  • Cancellations made with fewer than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work in the event of adverse weather conditions, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Access & Site Requirements

To carry out our work effectively and safely:

  • The work area must be cleared of all furniture and personal belongings prior to our arrival.

  • Additional charges will apply if we are required to clear the space ourselves.

  • We cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur while assisting in the removal or repositioning of furniture or belongings.

  • You must provide suitable parking for a large van and towed compressor nearby for the duration of the works.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation.

7. Insurance & Liability

We carry full public liability insurance.
While we take every care in our work, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects or damage

  • Accidental damage to surrounding areas such as windows, doorframes, or sensitive surfaces during restoration

We will highlight any known risks before work begins and aim to proceed only with your agreement.

8. Complaints

We strive for complete customer satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of completion by email at: beamingrestorations@live.co.uk

We will review your concerns promptly and respond in a timely manner.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
